The Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. They report into the EMEA Regional Lead as part of the Talent Communications and Employer Brand Practice in Korn Ferry Futurestep.

Responsibilities:

Working in the role you will be required to:

Project /Practice Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects
  • Maintain close cooperation with client service, creative team(s) and supplemental Korn Ferry teams to delivery best practice
  • Hold responsibility for all deliverables across projects
  • Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction
  • Minimise our exposure and risk across multiple projects
  • Manage scope and mitigates risk across projects
  • Work closely with all project managers globally to ensure consistent delivery across the practice

Project Accounting

  • Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure accurate invoicing and monitors receivables for all projects under his/her direction working directly with Finance: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Integrate financial data for multiple projects for weekly reporting
  • Deliver analyses of profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and their utilisation across projects
  • Address billing issues when they arise and escalate appropriately when required

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Extensive experience in brand/advertising/marketing programme delivery with particular experience delivering digital projects
  • Understanding of the human resources and talent industries
  • Demonstrated expertise in uncovering business needs and expanding relationships with clients
  • The ability to translate clients’ goals and objectives into actionable and measurable brand and digital/traditional marketing programmes
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking and presenting
  • Commercial acumen a must including budget forecasting, management
