This role is responsible for the Talent Management of our IT and Technology based roles within our RPO Projects division. These client projects may vary in length from 3 - 12 months across industries, with the key focus being the delivery of tech based roles within the project timeframe.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner managing these projects, you will set the strategic recruitment direction as you partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers. With overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes, workforce management and talent strategies, you’ll front-face our recruitment solution with our client. With support from our Sourcing team, you’ll collaborate with your sourcing specialists to identify and present top talent to the business.
Showcasing your professional influencing skills, you’ll collaborate with your stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience. Your senior level talent acquisition experience will help you quickly understand business needs and add value from day one. Working autonomously, you will partner with the business and manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure our client attracts top talent.
You must have experience recruiting IT and Technology professionals at a senior level, ideally within cloud, data, software engineering, Cyber, CX/UX and transformation. You will understand project recruitment methodologies – having managed large scale recruitment volumes, as well as the full workforce lifecycle. You will be a seasoned professional who is agile, work at a fast pace and show resilience.
These roles are available in Sydney and Melbourne.
